Uplift 009, Breathe. Release. Soften. featured healer, teacher and writer, Erin Telford as she guided a group of individuals through breathwork at the beautiful Modo Yoga NYC in Williamsburg.  Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to emotionally detox the body. It releases feelings of anger, grief and limiting beliefs and leaves you feeling softer, opened and less burdened. Afterwards, guests shared their experiences and enjoyed treats from Pique Tea and Juice Press.
